To be a Beast on the field, means being a BEAST in training mode! Our B.E.A.S.T. Strength Training program combines the explosive training and disciplined skill training that will advance your player to a level never before reached. Players provide the sweat, we provide the motivation, discipline and instruction. Players learn about:
- Proper strength, speed, agility and power techniques.
- Proper nutrition for athletes.
- The right training program for your body type, position and goals.
- Skill work after or before your workout.
Training is not cookie cutter. It is hard to have a “one stop” program for all. Rather each individual has his/hers own weak points and strengths. To achieve the proper impact, each player must be accessed individually according to his/hers own custom program.
All athletes will adhere to a functional movement screen. Videos of his swing and pitch will be examined and entered into the system.
A program will be developed to train the motor skills involved with the activity while simultaneously building structural weaknesses found in the FMS.
The athlete must be trained to powerfully rotate, twist, transverse twist, counter rotate, explode linearly, explode vertically, ballistically throw and swing.

Saturdays at Lifeletics – 10:30 – 12:30pm
