Strength Training

To be a Beast on the field, means being a BEAST in training mode!  Our B.E.A.S.T. Strength Training program combines the explosive training and disciplined skill training that will advance your player to a level never before reached.  Players provide the sweat, we provide the motivation, discipline and instruction.  Players learn about:

  • Proper strength, speed, agility and power techniques.
  • Proper nutrition for athletes.
  • The right training program for your body type, position and goals.
  • Skill work after or before your workout.

B.E.A.S.T. Youth strength, agility, speed – 60 minutes; Group format 10:1

This program is Group Format and is specifically engineered for that want the most out of their body.  Athletes learn proper speed, strength and agility mechanics and are pushed through high intensity, interval workouts.  Perfect for developing high energy, speedy, quick athletes.

B.E.A.S.T. Custom Elite Program – 60 minutes;  Head Trainer – Eric Dixon

Mondays and Wednesdays – Marina HS track – 6pm

Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays – Lifeletics Facility 5pm, 6pm, 7pm, 8pm

The Custom package includes a professional style workout routine for high performing athletes ages 13 and older.  Based on a position and skill evaluation, athletes are trained by individual or small groups to build and increase POWER, while keeping skills sharp with regular baseball training.  Athletes will receive their own workout binder to chart goals and progress.
