The Lifeletics Indoor facility is a state-of-the-art baseball and softball training site. After 8-years of serving the baseball and softball communities, Lifeletics new home contains 9 batting tunnels and 3 dedicated pitching lanes. Serving as a hub for all Lifeletics training, the facility incorporates a combination of our outstanding staff and high-quality instructional offerings. With brand new high-grade turf flooring, an amazingly thorough new lighting system, extra-thick netting with increased ceiling height for more realistic ball flight and feedback, an online scheduling and membership program, conference/birthday party room facilities, wireless internet, a fun-room for the little ones, and the option to involve video analysis and purchase equipment as well, Lifeletis IS the finest training facility around! We look forward to making this the Lifeletics home for many, many years to come and hope that it can serve as an important part in the development of your athlete’s success both on and off the field of play. For those who desire instructional training, Lifeletics Sports Instruction offers a full spectrum of skill coaches. Pitching, hitting, fielding, catching, and fastpitch lessons are available at the Lifeletics indoor training facility. Opened in April 2008, the facility is available for individual instruction, team rentals and off-season training programs. Beginning Baseball At Lifeletics, we've developed an introductory program for young baseball players. Our Beginning Baseball lessons cover throwing, receiving and batting. Time is spent drilling hands and feet to effectively catch and throw a baseball. Baseball athleticism can be learned quickly with proper guidance, let Lifeletics take your athlete to the next level. Individual Pitching Lessons Each half-hour lesson focuses on core fundamentals of the pitching motion. Athletes receive pitching instruction on the proper mechanics of throwing, pitching and finishing. Individual lessons are scheduled specifically with your coach at a convenient time. Individual Hitting Lessons Hitting lessons are also one half-hour and are conducted by Lifeletics trained hitting instructors - Learn from the best! All hitting instructors have minimum high school and college playing experience, as well as youth, high school and private coaching experience. The same instructors conduct hitting instruction at Lifeletics Summer and Winter Academies as well, offering consistency at all Lifeletics instructional events. Individual Catching Lessons Catching lessons are half-hour in length, one-on-one with an experienced and talented Lifeletics instructor. Coaches develop individual learning plans for each athlete, covering fundamentals in footwork, agility, receiving, throwing, etc. Catchers are captains of the infield, learn how to control the game from behind the dish.
