Starting this August, our Lifeletics Elite Pitchers Bootcamp will make sure your pitcher is ready to take the mound in the Fall with confidence, strength and skills. This is the best pitching development program around.
The Lifeletics ELITE Pitcher’s Bootcamp is a 6-week physical, mental and college prep training for the ELITE pitcher only. There will be 14 physical training sessions and 4 classroom sessions in this bootcamp. The program goals are to teach championship pitching skills while training the mind and body to break through barriers holding back growth, as well as to analyze and understand the components of success and the mindset of a champion.
Most important of all, for aspiring college players, the Lifeletics ELITE Pitcher’s Bootcamp will introduce the College Athlete Blueprint: A step-by-step guide to mastering the college recruiting process. We will be dedicating some classroom time discussing how you should best be planning for a college athlete’s future.
Our program is intense – we WILL push your athlete! Athletes must receive a recommendation from a Lifeletics staff member or tryout. Participation is limited to the discretion of Lifeletics Elite Training instructors.
Lifeletics instructors train athletes through the most physical aspect of baseball athleticism, with baseball-specific strength and conditioning exercises infused into fundamental baseball drills and exercises. Athletes take part in a dynamic-flexibility warmup and skill training workout led by licensed physical trainers. Athletes are pushed to execute while physically exhausted, push through limitations and performance barriers, maintain high energy and intensity levels, and do all this with a smile on their face!
MENTAL CLASSROOM SESSIONS
